Information about the plea deal, and any other public case records, of Larry Smith for the February 2019 manslaughter of Lorie Storie. The sentencing took place in April/May 2022.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have received your request for documents pertaining to Case No. CRI-2020-0029, State of Ohio vs. Larry J. Smith. The case file is rather large, therefore I ask that you go to Harrisoncountyohio.org to the Clerk of Courts page and review the docket to determine which documents you want. There is a charge of .25 per page, plus electronic transfer fee of $2.00. If it is more than 20 pages I will have to send them by U.S. Mail, therefore adding postage.
