Amounts may be adjusted annually by the MCD board. Employees will be paid bi-weekly. Annual amounts are based on 2,080 hours.

New hires will be paid at the "Staff - Start new" rate at least until satisfactory completion of training and will move to the “Completion of Training” rate upon approval of the Director. Probationary periods for new hires is one (1) year from the successful completion of training, at which time an employee will move to Step 1.
