I would like to request the collective bargaining agreement and current wage scale for Municipal Consolidated Dispatch in Harwood Heights, IL.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The dispatch center is non-union so we do not have a Collective Bargaining Agreement. Below is the current schedule of salaries.

Amounts may be adjusted annually by the MCD board. Employees will be paid bi-weekly. Annual amounts are based on 2,080 hours.
New hires will be paid at the "Staff - Start new" rate at least until satisfactory completion of training and will move to the “Completion of Training” rate upon approval of the Director. Probationary periods for new hires is one (1) year from the successful completion of training, at which time an employee will move to Step 1.
