Pursuant to the Hawaii Uniform Information Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
Written reports and audio/video recordings (to include body-worn camera and "dashcam" video) related to the arrest of Caleb Kjenaas on 7/11/23 for speeding. Case ID is 3DTA-23-01297 and Citation/Arrest numbers are C23-08226 and C23-08227.
This request is duplicated from a request dated 8/30/23. That request was denied due to the case still being active. A plea has now been entered in this case and the production of these records will no longer frustrate government functions.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically.
