RE: PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST of April 10, 2024, Reference # P000184-041024
Dear Jenny Wadhwa,
We sent a report for admin cites given, which would cite the social nuisance ordinance since the request is "overly broad". If what you are looking for was not on that report then it wasn't cited under the social nuisance ordinance. If you need assistance, the response says "Additionally, if you wish to meet and confer with the City about ways to narrow the scope of your request so it is not overly broad and unduly burdensome on City staff and so it does not seek records which are exempt, please do not hesitate to reach out to the undersigned."
