To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of oaths of offices for each of the current board members.
Copies of oaths of offices for Superintendent and Treasurer.
Copies of or information regarding surety or public school system faithful performance bonds and contact information for the bonding agent covering the board members as required by Subdivision 2 of Section 11 of the Public Officers Law and Subdivision 2(d) of Section 170 of the Commissioner's Regulations.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for sending the oaths of offices. Oath #7 required a separate access request, I'll wait and let you know if the request is not granted.
Could you provide the bonding / insurance information for public officials?
Here is an example as bonding in NY may be covered in the district's Crime policy under a Faithful Performance of Duty rider.
