From: Hernando County Sheriff's Department
Good Afternoon,
I am going back through the records to make sure we have everything and the applicable redactions have been applied.
Reference #5 on your list (policies), I provided the applicable policies reference this request. To provide you with our entire policy manual would have to be done one policy at a time and would require about $1,000 deposit for our time to do that.
Reference #9, I do not have a list of in-custody deaths broken down/separated by year and cause of death, so there will be no records responsive for this.
I will provide you with a link to a secure location for offloading the records once I have completed re-checking everything.
Thank you for your patience.

Correction on my last email.
It looks like someone created a list in the documents I was sent from Professional Standards, reference jail deaths.
I am still checking the documents and will be sending you a portal soon.
Lana

Good Morning,
I have been diligently attempting to process this request in a timely manner; however, the documents received from Professional Standards consist of over 1,000 pages (over 200 documents) which need to be read and redacted per public record law.
We will require more time to complete this request.
Erika Maner will email you with a link to access the records sometime next week, once we have completed the necessary redactions.
