On January 1, 2025, Landon and Heather Schott made public allegations of criminal behavior m from a widely distributed podcast they publish through their church, where they claim there were attempts to kidnap their children, Heather Schott's vehicle tires were slashed, and a "million dollar ransom" was placed on Landon Schott.

Building from a request R25-00168 and pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records between 6/1/2023 and 5/31/2024:

In any event, please provide a signed notification citing the legal authorities on which you rely if you determine that any information is exempt and will not be disclosed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge and processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage, and therefore we request that you waive any costs.
