Pursuant to the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all correspondence, including emails with their corresponding attachments, in possession of Mr. Chris Eldridge, Mr. Justin Powell, or Mr. Mark Lazarus that contain any of the following search terms: "@dom.com," "Dominion", "Mcguire Woods", "@mwcllc.com", "@eandvgroup.com", "Wyche", and "Atlantic Coast Pipeline". The Atlantic Coast Pipeline is sometimes referred to as simply "ACP".

Please constrain the search between January 1st 2014 and processing date of this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
