2. Copies of all records provided to your college from Phi Theta Kappa from Jan 1, 2024 to Sept 20, 2024.
3. Copies of correspondence sent from Phi Theta Kappa to your college president, CEO and/or chancellor from Jan 1, 2024 to Sept 20, 2024.
4. Copies of all records showing the amount of money your college paid to Phi Theta Kappa from Jan 1, 2023 to Sept 20, 2024.

Context: Phi Theta Kappa provides student data to universities through their PTK Connect program: https://recruitptk.org/subscribe/

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is due to the fact that Phi Theta Kappa is not currently registered with the University and was not registered last year (including the dates listed below). Phi Theta Kappa was last registered with the University in 2014-2015.
