All unedited body-worn camera / bodycam recordings related to the following law enforcement critical incident:
Incident Date: January 17, 2023
Incident Time: about 12:20 a.m.
Location: 11500 block of the Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX
Victim Name: Angela Luna
I am specifically requesting the unedited body-worn camera recordings captured by all officers present for the full duration of the incident, including audio recordings associated with the footage.
If any portion of the requested footage must be redacted, I ask that you clearly indicate the portions that have been redacted and provide an explanation of the legal basis for the redactions. If the requested footage is withheld in its entirety, please provide a detailed explanation citing relevant public records exemption(s).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please be advised there is no other responsive information for the remaining categories of the request. Section 552.101 excepts from disclosure "information considered to be confidential by law, either constitutional, statutory, or by judicial decision." This section encompasses information protected by other statutes and common-law privacy. Therefore, we will not release any confidential information under Section 552.101 of the Local Government Code. Also, for purposes of section 552.1085 pertaining to the "sensitive crime scene images" which means, "a photograph or video recording taken at a crime scene, contained in or part of a closed criminal case, that depicts a deceased person in a state of dismemberment, decapitation, or similar mutilation or that depicts the deceased person's genitalia." Therefore, unless you represent the deceased, and if some of the photographs consist of sensitive crime scene images, please be aware the "sensitive crime scene images" are not releasable and must be withheld under section 552.1085 of the Government Code.
