Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
1) Records of complaints regarding landlord-tenant disputes, including but not limited to evictions, lock-outs, utility shutoffs, or other forms of displacement reported from June 14, 2019 to present.
2) Incident reports regarding your department's response to the above-listed complaints of landlord-tenant disputes, including but not limited to evictions, lock-outs, utility shutoffs, or other forms of displacement reported from June 14, 2019 to present.
3) Arrest reports regarding arrests your department has made as a result of the above-listed complaints, including on charges of unlawful eviction (RPA 768 1AIII AM Unlawful Eviction) or any other charges brought as a result of landlord-tenant disputes, from June 14, 2019 to present.
4) Records on the total number of arrests made on charges of unlawful eviction (RPA 768 1AIII AM Unlawful Eviction) from June 14, 2019 to present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Pursuant to Section 45 of the Hudson City Code, all Freedom of Information
Law requests must be submitted to the Hudson City Clerk. Please submit your
request to the following email address for processing -
cityclerk@cityofhudson.org.
I would ask that you please share this information with anyone in your
company that may attempt to submit FOIL requests to our department. FOIL
Requests must be submitted to the City Clerk before they will be processed.
