Dear Record Requester:
Your request must be denied as it is vague and overly broad and, as such, it does not constitute a valid Open Public Record Request as per the holdings in MAG Entertainment, LLC v. Div. of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super. 534, 546 (App. Div. 2005); Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30,37 (App. Div. 2005); N.J. Builders Assoc. v. N.J. Council on Affordable Housing, 390 N.J. Super, 166, 180 (App. Div. 2007).
Very Truly Yours
Neil J. Carroll, Jr.
