Week of September 7th Freeholder Meeting Recordings

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide any and all audio and video recordings of Hudson County Board of Chosen Freeholders for the week of September 7th, 2020. This includes the caucus meeting held on Tuesday September 8th, and the General meeting held on September 10th.

Additionally, as an aside to this request, I would like to ask Clerk Santos if it is possible to establish a location for these files to be uploaded publicly either on the Board or County's website or to a public resource such as Youtube. Jersey City for example, uploads their Council meetings to their municipal account on Youtube, for archival purposes. If you would prefer me to email about this seperate from the OPRA request, please let me know the best address or number to reach you at.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
