Any sales pitch, solicitation, offer, et cetera for drone and/or drone detection services sent by an outside vendor to your department between November 13, 2024 and the date this request is processed. You may find an example of such a pitch attached below.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Requester,
Hunterdon County is in receipt of your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request dated 1/4/2025. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is 1/15/2025. This response to your request is being provided to you on 1/13/2025.
Your request sought the following:

The County Sheriff has advised that there are no records responsive to your request.
Your Open Public Records request has been processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et seq. If your request has been denied in whole or in part, the County of Hunterdon reserves the right to raise any other grounds for denial not raised in this response. The failure of the County of Hunterdon to assert an exception or privilege herein does not act as a waiver of any ground for denial not raised herein.
The County considers your OPRA request closed.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision by Hunterdon County to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
