A message was sent to you regarding record request #24-3694:
Dear Requester,
The County is in receipt of your request 24-3694. On September 3, 2024, Bill S-2930 was signed into law. Among its many provisions, the new legislation outlines records being requested for commercial proposes and those that are exempt due to legal proceedings. I would note that you did answer the question about a commercial purpose within the body of your request but you did not answer the other two mandatory questions.
In order to obtain any responsive records, you are required to answer the questions on the OPRA request form. Please log back in to this request and complete the request in its entirety. Failure to answer the required questions within three (3) business days will result in closure of this request.
Sincerely,
County Counsel's Office
