Pursuant to the Alabama Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. All service contracts or agreements between the department and private companies that employ off-duty officers for security or other services.
2. Any amendments or modifications to the aforementioned contracts or agreements within the last five years.
3. All liability waivers between officers, the police department and the private employer.
4. Insurance policy (if applicable) between the department and insurance company that covers officers who perform off-duty jobs.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
