We received your public records request, submitted via email on December 12, 2018. Commerce staff is currently working to fulfill your request. However, in accordance with Idaho Code Section 74-103(1), additional time is needed to assemble those records responsive to your request and evaluate any applicable public record exemptions.
Records responsive to your request that are not exempt from public disclosure will be provided to you within ten (10) working days of Commerce's receipt of your request, as permitted by Idaho Code Section 74-103(1).

Attached is a letter requesting an extension to fulfill your request. Due the volume of your request, Commerce staff and other state partners will require additional time to fulfill your requested.
