Bureau of Air operating permits and associated forms for Corey Steel Co.

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

All Bureau of Air operating permits and associated forms, as well as any forms or requests to modify a permit, including but not limited to annual emissions report forms, CAAP Forms, FESOP Forms, Lifetime Permit Forms, State Air Forms and General Operating Permit Forms, filed by Corey Steel Co. from January 1, 1998 to the date this request is fulfilled. The ID number of Corey Steel Co. is 031051ACF.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
