Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking documents which are relevant to all hardware, software, products, and other services associated with contract 22-493ISP-OPERA-R-129875/B-31537. I am seeking:

Policies and Procedures: Any current policies and procedures that have been adopted for use of all hardware, software, products, and other services associated with contract 22-493ISP-OPERA-R-129875/B-31537.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for writing the Illinois State Police (ISP) with your request for information pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 ILCS 140/1, et seq. ISP acknowledges receipt of your narrowed FOIA request dated April 8, 2024.

ISP is providing the Standard Operating Procedure for Cellebrite. The responsive records are attached. ISP does not maintain the hardware, software, manuals, or training materials as those items are provided through Cellebrite’s website and accessed as needed.
