Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
All emails which include Linda Zerwin as either the sender, recipient, CCed, or BCCed from January 1, 2021 to November 10, 2023 and at least one of the following keywords: "Fusus", "ShotSpotter", "Shot Spotter", "Axon" and/or "ALPR." Please include any variations that are not case sensitive. Please include all email attachments.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for writing to the DuPage County Clerk with your request for information pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.
On November 10, you requested the following:

Please include any variations that are not case sensitive. Please include all email attachments.
The DuPage County Clerk’s office has no documents responsive to your request, Linda Zerwin is not an employee of the Du Page County Clerk’s office. I have included the Emergency Telephone System Board in this email, as they may be able to further assist you .
Pursuant to Section 9 of the FOIA, 5 ILCS 140/9, I have made the foregoing determination to deny your FOIA request as indicated. Should you believe that this Response constitutes an improper denial of your request, you may appeal such by filing a request for review within sixty (60) days of the date of this letter with the Public Access Counselor of the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, Public Access Bureau, 500 South Second Street, Springfield, Illinois 62706; telephone 1-887-299-FOIA; e-mail: public.access@ilag.gov<mailto:public.access@ilag.gov>. You may also have a right of judicial review of the denial under Section 11 of the FOIA, 5 ILCS 140/11.
