Logan Correctional Center - Greivance Related to Hot Water Issues

To Whom It May Concern:

On 7/27/2022 I submitted a FOIL request about hot water issues at Logan Correctional Center. One of the responsive documents mentioned "Per the Grievance Officer: We did receive 1 (grievance) yesterday on July 20, 2022" related to hot water issues.

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
- The grievance submitted on 7/20/2022 related to hot water issues at Logan Correctional Center
- Any other grievances submitted since 6/1/2022 related to hot water issues at Logan Correctional Center

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
