Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
I hope this request finds you in good spirits. I request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided to me that pertains to Menard Correctional Center:
* Names and badge numbers of all employees working during the time period of 5/10/2024 through 5/12/2024.
* Titles and positions of all employees working during the time period of 5/10/2024 through 5/12/2024.
* Time cards for all IID officers working at Menard CC during the time period of 5/10/2024 through 5/12/2024.
* Phone call recordings of internal (staff and/or employee) calls to/from PC visiting area on 5/10/2024 from 1130 hrs to 1400 hrs.
* Video recordings of inmate movement to/from PC visiting room (second floor) on 5/10/2024 from 0730 hrs to 1330 hrs.
* Logs of all officers who were in the PC visiting area (second floor) on 5/10/2024 from 0730 hrs to 1330 hrs.
* Video recordings of officer activity in the PC visiting area (second floor) on 5/10/2024 from 0730 hrs to 1330 hrs.
* Logs of all prisoners transported into and out of the PC visiting area (second floor) on 5/10/2024 from 0730 hrs to 1330 hrs AND all officers who transported them, including times.
* Report regarding visitor vehicle search conducted on 5/11/2024 around 0800 hrs at Menard CC, including officer names and badge numbers of those who participated.
* Video recording of visitor parking lot on 5/11/2024 from 0700 hrs to 0900 hrs.
* Guard tower (at visitor parking lot) logs from 5/11/2024.
* Audio recording of phone calls made to and from front gatehouse at Menard on 5/11/2024 from 0700 hrs to 1330 hrs.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
