Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

I hope this request finds you in good spirits. I request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided to me that pertains to Menard Correctional Center:

* Number of adult family/friend visitors per month and year for the time frame of June 2023 to June 2024.
* Number of visitor vehicle searches conducted on-site per month and year.
* Number of visitors whose visits were permanently restricted, by month of final determination by AWO.
* Number of visitors whose visits were temporarily restricted, and total length of restriction.
* Number of visitors who were issued a "warning" regarding their visitation privileges, by month and year.
* Number of video visits canceled by the facility (month and year).
* How funds from visits canceled by the facility were used, including amounts and reason for use.

Please provide the records requested above for June 2023 to June 2024.

In the event that there are fees, please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically to avoid burden and costs.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
