Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
Records sufficient to show all new construction permits issued by the Illinois EPA in the period from 2018 - present, including but not limited to facility ID, applicant, address, date of application, date of issue/approval, and type of facility. Please provide this in a tabular format such as a CSV or excel file.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Please be advised that the Illinois EPA is unable to respond to your request within five (5) business days and is extending the response time by an additional five (5) business days pursuant to the Illinois FOIA at 5 ILCS 140/3(e). The reason for the delay is as follows:

Listing of construction permits issued by the Bureau of Air since 2018
Due to the tracking system the Bureau of Land utilizes, we cannot provide a list of construction permits issued by that Bureau. A request has been submitted to the Department of Information and Technology for a listing of construction permits issued by the Bureau of Water and the Agency will provide that information when the request has been fulfilled.
