I request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided to me that pertains to Pontiac (parent facility and NRC) Correctional Center:
The status of the Medium Security Unit (M.S.U.) and any plans to rebuild the M.S.U. in the near future.
Please provide information that's most recent, and if unavailable any older information including year 2023 - present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In order to help to determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am affiliated with a community organization and this request is being made out of concern for public health.
