Prisoner Trust Fund Interest Rates

2. Records indicating the interest rates applied to inmate trust fund accounts over the past five years.
3. Annual reports or statements that detail the interest accrued on inmate trust fund accounts for the past five years.
4. Any contracts or agreements with financial institutions that manage inmate trust fund accounts, specifically those that pertain to interest rates and the handling of funds.
5. Documents detailing the process for inmates and their families to deposit and withdraw funds, including accrued interest, from inmate trust accounts.

To the extent possible, please provide the requested records in electronic format. If the documents are available on the agency’s website, please provide the specific web address where the documents can be accessed.
