- Any internal reference numbers including but not limited to case, document, filing, archival or docket
- Transcript from witness who first reported the incident
- Transcript of any related calls to 911
- Copies of any reports of threats to the Hyatt or events there within the same week
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

On December 12, 2018, we received your request for the following records
related to the chlorine gas event of 12/7/14 at the Hyatt in Rosemont:
Any internal reference numbers including but not limited to case,
document, filing, archival or docket
Transcript from witness who first reported the incident
Transcript of any related calls to 911
Copies of any reports of threats to the Hyatt or events there within the
same week
A reasonable search for the requested items was conducted: however, the
Illinois State Police was unable to locate documents responsive to your
request. You may wish to contact the Rosemont Police/Fire Departments for
the records you seek.
