Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

AtNight Media (formerly Original Media Group) requests material related to the of Lindsay Marie Harris, 21, as outlined below.

Request.

I) Tips received by the Agency via email from May 6, 2005 — 2013 pertaining to the murder of Lindsay Marie Harris, 21, with proper redactions to avoid any unwarranted invasion of privacy.
II) Witness statements pertaining to the above mentioned murder.

On May 06, 2005, Henderson Police Department (Nevada) took a report of a missing person, Lindsay Marie Harris.

On May 23, 2005, Illinois State Police Zone 4 – Springfield was contacted regarding human remains, consisting of two severed legs, which were located just off of Interstate 55 near Divernon, Illinois.

AtNight Media is a representative of the news mediaa and is primarily engaged in the dissemination of information to the public. This request is of considerable public interest (See: https://isp.illinois.gov/UnsolvedCrime/UnsolvedCrime/28).

If this request is unclear, please contact me to allow revisions rather than deny the request. Similarly, if the requested data are available only in part, please fulfill the portion of the request that is available rather than denying it in full. For example, notes or reports are available/subject to release but personal identifying information are not, reply with the report summary and omit sensitive information.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
