Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

Highest resolution copy available of Illinois Lottery commercial entitled "$5000 Cash For Life" (link for reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnAPhhrhytI). Requested specs: 1920x1080 HD, Quicktime Pro Res 422 HQ or better, Native Frame rate.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Klasey,

On January 2, 2015, the Request ("$5000 Cash For Life” Commercial in high res) was received by the Illinois Lottery. On January 9, 2015, the Illinois Lottery responded to the Request with the responsive commercial. On January 14, 2015, you asked the Illinois Lottery to resend the attachment. At your request, due to the size of the file, the Illinois Lottery sent the attachment for a second time. This time, the Illinois Lottery utilized a file transfer link providing access to the e-mail provided in the Request (See attached).
