Pursuant to Michigan's Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), I hereby request the following records:
the price of licenses for any electronic form software purchased by the County in the last five years
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello Kari,
I am attempting to provide the information that you have requested in your recent FOIA request to Ingham County. You ask for prices for any "electronic form software" which is a pretty broad request and could cover anything from Microsoft Word all the way down to developer tools that are used to make web based forms. Was it your intent to include that large of a scope? If so, please respond in the affirmative and we will continue with the request. If that was not the intent, can you provide additional terms to further narrow the scope of the request?

Ingham County uses adobe acrobat and seamless documents for on-line forms. Are you just looking for the costs of these two programs?
