I responded to this public records request on June 8, 2015, indicating that we had no relevant records. That response fulfilled our legal obligation under Iowa Code chapter 22.
As always, we used due diligence in searching for records. Our computer specialists searched the Outlook accounts of Attorney General Miller and staff who possibly could have relevant emails - specifically staff who have responsibilities with respect to public policy and legislative matters. No responsive records were found.
