Dear Ms. Kruse,

I hope this message finds you well. I received your 9 August 2024 email stating, "This email is to confirm we have received your request and will follow up with you." However, I also received a 30 July 2024 email from Nathan Ludwig stating "Any potentially responsive information, to the extent it exists, is confidential pursuant to Iowa Code 22.7(5) and Iowa Code section 692.8." Has the office reversed its decision?

Sincerely,
Matthew
