Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law (Code Chapter 22), I hereby request the following records:
All documents and emails to or from David Dude related to a network intrusion or 'hack' referenced in David Dude's Annual District Summary from ICCSD Information Services Department meeting dated June 10, 2014 to district superintendent Stephen Murley.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Good day…..Mr. Ramey has left the Iowa City Community School District and I will be filling in for a few months to assist the district with a variety of projects. I have been assigned the responsibility for the Open Records Request. I have followed the email trail of your requests and I am responding to the request of December 14, 2015.
Since the school district offices were closed for the winter break, I am responding today on your request of December 14, 2015. We have rerun the search with the redefined terms. There were no documents identified that fit the new request. Thank you.
