Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) Any reports filed for non-consensual pornography or "revenge porn" investigations from October 1, 2013 to the date this request is processed.
2) Arrest logs relating to charges of non-consensual pornography or "revenge porn" from October 1, 2013 to the date this request is processed
The San Diego Police Department has determined the above information constitutes a public record and has provided a report and log for "revenge porn" cases.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

This email is in reference to your request under the California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 et seq.) requesting the following;
1) Any reports filed for non-consensual pornography or "revenge porn" investigations from October 1, 2013 to the date this request is processed.
2) Arrest logs relating to charges of non-consensual pornography or "revenge porn" from October 1, 2013 to the date this request is processed.
For the crime of PC647 (J)(4) – Distributing intimate images of another, we had a total of 9 reports during this time period with one arrest.
For the crime of PC647(J)(4)(A) – Disorderly conduct revenge porn, we had a total of 16 reports during this time period.
The above data concludes our response in this request.
