Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Records sufficient to show the type, amount, and purchase date of all KeyW Corporation equipment or software possessed by the agency
2. Use policies and/or data retention policies for any KeyW Corporation equipment, technology, or software possessed by the agency
3. All contracts, purchase orders, and/or invoices between the agency and KeyW Corporation.
4. All emails between employees of the agency and representatives of KeyW Corporation.

KeyW Corporation is a cybersecurity company (https://www.keywcorp.com/).

Please limit all communication regarding this request to email. Please do not telephone me about this matter.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In that we want to provide the most accurate records possible, additional time is required to search for and collect the data, which shall be conducted with all practicable speed. In accordance with the California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6253(c) et seq.), an extension of an additional 14 days is appropriate under these circumstances.

Based on the initial 10 day response period and the additional 14 day extension period, our office will contact you on or before April 30, 2018 regarding the disposition of the requested records.
