Any email or text message sent or received by any employee of the agency/department between October 1-31 2020 which mentions the group "International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association".

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have checked the email per your attached requests and we do not have any emails that meet the criteria you are looking for.

In response to your request for text messages. I do not have access to that data because of the following:

* Isanti County issued cell phones are managed by the Isanti County IT Department. You will need to contact them for any data.
* Some employees receive a cell phone stipend and use their personal cell phone. I do not have access to those phones.
