Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
I'm requesting the process used to decide the latest Itasca police vehicle decal designs/color combinations, including meeting minutes and/or recordings of these meetings leading up to the final selection currently being introduced. Specifically referring to the dark blue vehicles with all black/grey labeling/lettering.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

* Thank you very much for your time on the phone today. I hope you'll excuse the confusion. If you could provide again the response to this request (the subject of which is copied below), I would appreciate it very much. "I'm requesting the process used to decide the latest Itasca police vehicle decal designs/color combinations, including meeting minutes and/or recordings of these meetings leading up to the final selection currently being introduced. Specifically referring to the dark blue vehicles with all black/grey labeling/lettering."
During our search, we examined the files maintained by the Village of Itasca and identified the enclosed document(s) as responsive to your request.
Further review of the identified document(s) (listed below) reveals that it/they/is/are partially exempt from disclosure under the FOIA exemption identified below, which, if disclosed, would constitute a breach of policy and thus have been redacted . The following exemptions were applied to your request:
* Sect. 7(1)(b): Private Information as defined in Sect. 2(c-5). This exemption was applied to redact personal phone number and address from the document(s).
Because your request has been denied in part, you are advised of your right to appeal this determination, in writing, to the Public Access Counselor, Illinois Attorney General's Office, 500 South Second Street, Springfield, Illinois 62705, phone number 877-299-3642.
