Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

My name is Catina Washington. I am requesting for a mug shot for inmate 141387/Phillip Fredinburg. He was arrested and released on April 2, 2024. I Pull up the former president, Donald Trump’s and O.J. Simpson’s mug shot, but I can’t pull up his. Please help me in this matter.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Mugshots would be obtained from the detainment facility, not the MS Dept of Public Safety. The MS Dept of Public Safety has no purview of local jails or state facilities.
