On November 23, 2020, Fusus published this press release stating the Jackson Police Department was using a Fusus product with the launch of the agency's real time crime center: https://www.fusus.com/blog/jackson-launches-new-real-time-command-center-powered-by-fusus
Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents between the Jackson Police Department and Fusus for the Jackson Police Department's use of a Fusus product in 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
