CJ Ciaramella,

So sorry for the delay in responding to your request. As you may or may
not know, our area was affected due to Hurricane Michael.

You had requested for body cam footage of multiple cases involving former
Deputy Sheriff Zachary Wester. Out of the list you provided, I was only
able to find two: Steve Vann / methamphetamine possession and drug
paraphernalia; Anthony Burgess / methamphetamine possession, drug
paraphernalia, fleeing an officer, driving with suspended license.

I checked with Lt. Hodges who was overseeing body cam footage and sending
copies to the State Attorney's Office. He did not make copies of those
that were forwarded to them for our office. The program we use only stores
body cam footage for 90 days, which is in accordance with Florida Statute
119.071(2)(5). However, the person who took the position as Patrol
Secretary in May has been making copies of what she sends to the SAO and
that is why I have the two to send you.

If you would like, you can make contact with the SAO and see if they
happen to have copies of those cases we didn't have copies of.

The charge for your request will be $11.70. It is $2.00 for the CDs and
$9.70 for the postage. We do not email public records request. The fee
must be paid either by money order or cashiers check, and made payable to
Jackson County Sheriff's Office located at 4012 Lafayette St., Marianna, FL
32446.
