Pursuant to Mississippi's Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:
The incident report for the murder of Dee Whigham, who was found stabbed to death in a hotel room in St. Martin on 7/23/2016.
This request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Our agency charges a $25 non-refundable fee to begin record requests. Please fill out this form and send a $25 money order, made payable to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, to P.O. Box 998, Pascagoula, MS 39568. Once I receive your request and payment, I will begin to fill your request. If the amount of information you request goes beyond the $25 fee, you will be notified of the balance to send before the information is sent.
