Subject: Follow-Up – Public Records Request P456731-033025 – EverBank Stadium BWC Footage

To Whom It May Concern,

This is a follow-up to my March 28, 2025 request regarding unedited body-worn camera footage from the November 2, 2024 incidents involving JSO officers at EverBank Stadium.

I understand the records are currently exempt from disclosure under F.S.S. § 119.071(2)(c)1 due to an ongoing criminal investigation or prosecution.

Accordingly, I respectfully request that:

1. Once the investigation or prosecution is complete and the exemption no longer applies, the responsive body-worn camera footage be released to me directly.
2. If full release is not possible at that time, please notify me immediately once the video footage becomes eligible for disclosure.
3. If any portion of the requested footage is not investigative in nature or is otherwise eligible for release (e.g., footage not directly tied to prosecutorial evidence), I request that such segregable content be provided.

This request is made for non-commercial, public-interest purposes, and the footage will be made available for journalistic transparency.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Sincerely,
