Jefferson County Jail Budget

To Mr. Donald Allen/Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

The Jefferson County Jail's (or applicable department that funds the jail) line item detail budget approved for FY 2014-2015 & 2015-2016.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

I mailed a money order yesterday for $12 to the address you listed. Please let me know if it ends up not reaching your office before the end of next week.
