The City located five (5) e-mails that are withheld pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 which states that a government record shall not include " inter-agency or intra-agency advisory, consultative, or deliberative material." The e-mails involved the discussion of a response to a press inquiry.
Additionally, the City located one (1) e-mail that is withheld pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 which states that a government record shall not include " inter-agency or intra-agency advisory, consultative, or deliberative material." The e-mail involved a discussion about matters to be considered by the City Council.
