A copy of the police report filed with the Jupiter Beach Police Department by a person named Michelle Fields pertaining to an incident on March 8, 2016, involving another person named Corey Lewandowski. The existence of the police report, which was filed on March 10 or 11, 2016, was recently reported by the media:
