Pursuant to the The Kansas Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any communications between employees of your state (whether it be .gov or .edu or any others) and between any entity using the eventellect.com URL in their email address such as sales@eventellect.com
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

On February 7, 2024, the University of Kansas received your email of the same date requesting records access pursuant to the Kansas Open Records Act (KORA). As required by KORA, the University is responding to your request within the third business day following its date of receipt.

In order for us to process your request, please specify if you are seeking records from the University of Kansas, Kansas Athletics, Inc., and/or the University of Kansas Medical Center. After we have received the requested clarification, the University can provide an estimate of the fees incurred for the University employee time required to retrieve these records. Please note, the broader your request, the higher the fee estimate may be. As allowed by K.S.A. ยง45-219(a), the University requires that fees be paid in advance of any records production.
