Emma,
Please remove Corey from your contact list for media and add Phil and Alayna, the three of us should be emailed for all record requests from media.
Your request has been received,

I will research this request and see what data is available publicly and provide a cost/time estimate for this.

I dont have a time estimate at this time, but we fill record requests in the order in which they are received, and we have received many.
If you wish to check on the progress of your request you are welcome to email all 3 of us back

Emma,
I spoke to our analyst that coordinates those submissions to the state every year.

He advised that they submit aggregated data to the attorney general, you can easily view this report for free on their site here:
Vehicle Stops Report | Attorney General Office of Missouri (mo.gov)<https://ago.mo.gov/get-help/vehicle-stops-report/>

To break this down into its unagregated form as you request would be hundreds if not thousands of hours and not be feasible to accomplish.
There is an hourly cost for production of records for sunshine requests and this request would cost in the thousands of dollars.

Further, this information is not maintained completely electronic prior to 2018, thereby adding to the time/cost associated with it

I would encourage you to visit that Attorney General page at that link for the best available numbers.

Jake
