Files Regarding Arrest and Detainment of James Daniel Moore (Keller, TX Police Department)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

-Any and all files regarding the arrest or detainment of James Daniel Moore
-Subject at the time was aged between 45-60
-Caucasian
-Blue Eyes
-Arrests or detainments occurring between the years 2001 to 2009
-Has a registered address of either 804, Glendale Drive, Keller, Texas or 1351, Cross Timber Drive
-Was imprisoned within the state of Texas for a minimum of 5 years

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
