Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
- (1) Police/Arrest Report dated 10/10/18
Williams, Brian DOB 12-31-81
Kenner, Louisiana
- Any and All documents and records pertaining to the above arrest.
- Transcripts of all radio and police communications traffic dated 10/10/18, from the hours of 1430 to 1620.
- All body camera footage from every officer who made contact with Williams, Brian on 10/10/18
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Due to concerns over the spread of COVID-19, our records department is currently closed to the public, however, someone will contact you as soon as possible regarding the availability of the records that you requested, and the cost for obtaining same. With regard to your request for body camera footage, please be advised that Kenner Police Officers are not equipped with body cameras.
