Pursuant to Wisconsin's Open Records act, I hereby request the following records:
Please provide all police reports, complaints, citations and any notes taken, for the years 2000 to 2015, for the addresses of 2300, 2306, 2312 and 2318 Washington Road, and relating to Debra Poulsen residing at 2312 Washington Road or 1817, 44th Street, both in the City of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
